Initiate Return
Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to generate your request.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original brand tags and invoices are included inside.
Handover to Courier
Our delivery partner will arrive at your provided address within 2-3 business days to perform a quick quality check and pick up the package.
Receive Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
